Check-in: Your room will be ready from approx. 1 p.m.
Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
How much is a double room for single use?
If you wish to use a double room for single occupancy, the following supplements apply:
€ 50 per day supplement in a Comfort Double Room up to Suite Alpin, € 30 per day in the double room in the annex, and 50% of the daily rate in the Wellness Suite and Luxury Wellness Suite.
What does "Adults Only Hotel" mean?
We love children – but sometimes time for two is simply more relaxing. Since winter 2020/21, our Kristall has been an Adults Only Hotel, welcoming guests aged 14 and older.
From the 14th to the 18th birthday, young guests pay a reduced rate of € 129 per day when sharing the same room category as their parents (with two full-paying adults).

What are the cancellation terms?
You’re right: no one likes to cancel, but when it happens, cancellation fees may apply.
As of 01.01.2026, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• Up to 30 days before arrival – free cancellation.
• 29–21 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee.
• 20–8 days before arrival – 75% cancellation fee.
• 7–0 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fee.
Please note: cancellations are only accepted in writing.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation or interruption insurance. It provides comprehensive protection for your booked stay with reliable service and fast reimbursement should you be unable to begin or have to interrupt your stay due to illness, for example. The cost is only € 12 per room and booked day.

What is included in the room rates – and how much is the local tax?
Our room rates are per person per day or per stay/package, including our ¾ gourmet board and all inclusive services.
When booking from Sunday to Thursday or Sunday to Friday, you benefit from our 7-day rates.
The local tax is € 3 per person per day.
Are there discounts for triple or quadruple occupancy in the suites?
Three guests in your chosen suite – 20% discount (but at least the price of the Comfort Double Room Kristall).
Four guests in your chosen suite – each person pays only the price of a Comfort Double Room Kristall.
How much does internet access cost?
Use of our Wi-Fi network throughout the hotel is free for our guests. You’ll find the login password in your room information folder.
Are there parking spaces, and what is the cost?
Each room includes one free underground parking space – your car can relax too! For convenient unloading, you can drive directly up to the hotel entrance. Our reception team is, of course, happy to assist with your luggage.
Additional free parking spaces are available near the hotel and at the nearby Kristall parking area.
For guests with electric cars: Are there charging stations?
Yes! Two charging stations are located on the top level of our underground garage. Operation is very simple:

3. Charge your car :-)
Are dogs welcome?
Dogs are welcome with advance notice: € 20 per day/pet, food not included.
Please understand that the wellness area and the garden are reserved for two-legged guests.
For dining, we have a lovely lounge where your dog is welcome to accompany you to meals.
Are there any honeymoon or romantic specials?
Yes – at Verwöhnhotel Kristall we have a heart for romance! If you spend your honeymoon with us (or celebrate your 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, … anniversary and renew your vows with us), you’ll receive a free upgrade (from the Deluxe Double Room category and higher) as our little wedding gift!
You choose your preferred room, book it – and we charge it at the price of the next lower category. In addition, a bottle of sparkling wine awaits you in your room as a welcome treat.

Can I use the SPA area on arrival and departure day?
Of course, you are welcome to use the wellness area on your arrival day even before your room is ready. And on your departure day, you can enjoy a relaxed farewell: Just let us know at check-out, and you can keep your borrowed bathrobe and sauna towels until you leave and continue to enjoy the Kristall amenities throughout the day. We will find a safe place for your luggage, and valuables safes are available in the SPA area.
Should I book my wellness appointments before my holiday?
YES, please reserve your desired wellness treatments prior to your holiday – ideally together with your room booking. This way we can guarantee your pampering time.
If you decide to book further spa treatments during your stay, we will do our best to fulfill your wishes. However, appointments with our SPA team are often already booked. Therefore, please: Book in advance!
Does the hotel have non-smoking rooms?
As a wellness hotel, we kindly ask for your understanding that all our rooms and restaurant lounges are non-smoking areas.

Are there loyalty discounts for regular guests?
Loyalty and direct booking pay off!
For stays booked directly with us: Starting from your second stay, you receive 5% discount. From the fifth stay, 10% discount; from the tenth, 15% discount; and from the fifteenth stay, 15% discount plus a free wine tasting (Mondays)!
(The loyalty discount is only valid for direct bookings. It cannot be combined with discounts, special offers, or vouchers from third parties.)
Are special dietary requests accommodated?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate your dietary preferences, whether vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, or other special requests.
Please inform us of allergies and special dietary needs before your holiday.
Vegan dinner menu: surcharge € 25 per person.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, and individual intolerances are complimentary. More complex special requests may incur an additional charge.
