Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation/interruption insurance. The insurance costs only €9 per room per day. It offers you comprehensive travel protection for your booked stay - with reliable service and quick cost reimbursement if you cannot travel or have to interrupt your holiday due to sickness, for example.

Booking cancellation
You are right: Nobody wishes for it - but if the vacation has to be canceled, cancellation fees typically apply when you cancel your booking.
As of April 2024, the following cancellation policies are binding:
• 30 days before the start of the trip, a free cancellation is possible.
• 29-21 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the costs will be retained by us.
• 20-8 days before the start of the trip, 75% of the travel costs will be retained by us.
• 7-0 days before the start of the trip, the total cost will be retained.
Please note: Cancellations will only be recognized in writing.

Upon reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of €150 per room free of bank charges to the following account:
